Yes. At Zenclinic Dental, Santiago, Chile, every specialist and the front desk team attend in English, from your first WhatsApp message to your check-ups. Dr. Ravi Khubani, Clinical Director, leads smile design and ceramic veneers, and each area of care is led by its own registered specialist.

The first visit is an evaluation with a specialist at Zenclinic Dental. It costs CLP $20,000, and that amount is credited in full to any treatment you decide to do with us, so you only pay the difference. Treatment prices are given after the evaluation, in a written estimate, because they depend on what the specialist finds.

The evaluation at Zenclinic Dental includes a complete clinical exam, a 3D intraoral scan with the iTero Lumina scanner, a detailed analysis of your case, time for your questions and a treatment plan that brings together every specialty your case needs. X-rays are not included. If the specialist requests them, you can have them taken at Scanlab, a dental imaging center on the same floor, during the same visit.

Some care can be done in one or two visits, such as an evaluation or a check-up, and a professional cleaning when the state of your gums allows it. Treatments such as veneers, implants or Invisalign need several appointments over weeks or months. Send your travel dates to Zenclinic Dental by WhatsApp before you arrive, and in your evaluation the specialist will tell you how many visits your plan needs and how it fits your stay.

No. At Zenclinic Dental, diagnosis and treatment estimates are given only after an in-person evaluation, and we do not interpret photos or X-rays sent by message. What we can do before you travel is answer general questions and plan your evaluation around your dates. We do not offer online consultations as a first visit.

Zenclinic Dental gives you the documentation you need to request reimbursement from your insurer and, on request, your estimate and a treatment report in English. Whether you are reimbursed, and how much, depends on your policy. If your insurer or assistance company issues a guarantee of payment before treatment, write to us before your visit and we will confirm whether we can work with it.

Zenclinic Dental charges in Chilean pesos (CLP). You can pay by credit or debit card through Webpay. Patients with cards from Banco de Chile or Itaú can pay in up to 12 interest-free installments, and with Santander in up to 24.

Zenclinic Dental does not have an agreement with Fonasa. Members of the isapres Banmédica, Colmena, Nueva Masvida and Vida Tres receive a 30% discount on clinical procedures (the discount does not apply to laboratory work or materials). If you have complementary health insurance (seguro complementario), we give you the documentation to request reimbursement.

Yes. Pediatric dentistry at Zenclinic Dental is led by Dr. Josefina Soto, who sees children from their first tooth until age 15, by appointment only. Orthodontics for children and teenagers, including Invisalign First and Invisalign Teen, is led by Dr. Andrés Flores, Invisalign Diamond Provider since 2019.

Zenclinic Dental does not run a 24-hour emergency service. If you have dental pain, call or write on WhatsApp to +56 9 3315 1853 during opening hours and we will find the nearest available appointment. For a serious emergency, such as severe pain, heavy bleeding, a blow to the face or feeling unwell, go to a hospital emergency department and contact us when we open for follow-up.

Often, yes, but it depends on the treatment and on your records. Bring everything you have: treatment plans, X-rays, scans and, for Invisalign, the name of your previous doctor. In your evaluation at Zenclinic Dental, the specialist reviews your case and explains whether and how the treatment can continue here.

Zenclinic Dental is at Av. La Dehesa 440, office 303, Lo Barnechea, Santiago, Chile, on the corner of Av. La Dehesa and Robles Street, in the northeast of the city, next to Vitacura and Las Condes. The building has paid visitor parking between levels -2 and -6, marked with Republic Parking signs. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 9:30 to 14:00.

Each area at Zenclinic Dental is led by a specialist registered with Chile’s Superintendencia de Salud, the national health regulator, and every registration number is published on the specialist’s profile, so you can check it yourself. The clinic’s surgical suite is authorized by the Regional Health Authority (SEREMI de Salud, Resolution No. 2313117098).
